If you are leading an entirely predictable life – thinking the same thoughts, doing the same thing, feeling “too old” for this or that -- here is your antidote.

You will take a fresh look at your past, and at your present habits and ideas.

Your Begin Anew Quotient (BQ) will rise several points energizing Personal Renaissance. Scriptures tell us: Be transformed by the renewal of your mind. In fact, it is the only way.

In this book, I draw upon the spiritual traditions of the East and the West. The fountainhead of much of the Eastern wisdom is what is called the Beginner’s Mind. Allow yourself to experience its power through the opening story of Chapter 0 and some simple practices that Renew the Mind.

You’ll hear a lot of stories – some I had heard from Sages and Gurus in my own pilgrimage, others my life experiences over the years. You’ll hear, too, Personal Stories and Vignettes of New Beginnings.  I trust they will resonate with your own.

Our quest will unfold along two paths – one to seek, the other to see -- like life itself. On one path we have destinations to reach, milestones to measure progress, fruits to pluck.
On another path, what if, at times, we journeyed with no intent, nothing to gain, no demand of any kind?  Nothing to do but see what is along the way.

The destination may not be clear but the direction is compelling. What wonders might lie ahead? What might you discover, or rediscover, along the way?
